My Legal Club has extended its conveyancing panel for mortgage brokers and estate agents with the addition of Bromets Jackson Heath LLP Solicitors, ProConveyancing, BPL Solicitors Limited, and Clearwater Solicitors.

My Legal Club was founded by solicitor Sean Rogers and is authorised and regulated by the FCA*. Since 2020 My Legal Club has provided an alternative conveyancing solution for mortgage brokers and estate agents nationwide.

The addition of the firms supplements an existing panel of conveyancing firms across remortgage, transfer of equity, purchase, sale, Limited Company buy to let, and equity release.

The My Legal Club remortgage product has proved extremely popular with mortgage brokers providing a unique alternative to “free” legals and a great option for cashback deals.**

My Legal Club operates a faster payment service for mortgage brokers and estate agents ensuring referral fees are often paid within 24 hours of completion.***

A bespoke online portal provides both milestone updates and greater detail via summaries of where the case is presently and what is preventing the case from being at the next stage ensuring parties are aware of any specific item outstanding and from whom.

My Legal Club communicates with the firms from start until completion. Alongside the online portal My Legal Club also operates a free conveyancing p.a. service utilising the in-house legal team consisting of independent solicitors and paralegals.

My Legal Club enters a detailed due diligence process with conveyancing firms prior to inclusion on the portal including an agreed service level agreement made available to all parties, strict reporting/update terms, with fee-earners pre-approved ensuring they have sufficient experience and expertise to manage the instructions.

Conveyancing firms are not tied into specific sign-up services, insurance policies, or search packs and there are no minimum capacity clauses enabling firms to ensure they never receive more instructions than suitable to ensure caseloads for fee earners are manageable.

We hope to remove these problems as much as possible and appreciate we will never completely eradicate them, but at least we can reduce the risk of this happening in the first place, and when issues arise ensure we can step in to ensure solutions are found rapidly without any time being wasted by brokers and agents.

By adopting a stricter due diligence process, carefully selecting firms we work with, monitoring their online scores and reviews, and pre-approving which fee earners can work on the instructions we can reduce the risk of poor service and/or lack of communication from firms in the first place.
