Brearleys Solicitors appointed to the My Legal Club conveyancing panel

Brearleys Solicitors has secured a place on My Legal Club’s UK conveyancing panel for mortgage brokers, estate agents, and members after a review of solicitors wishing to join the panel.

Brearleys Solicitors join My Legal Club’s panel alongside solicitors such as GloverPriest, Gowlings, Fentimans, SHL, and Ronald Fletcher Baker LLP.

The panel partners with mortgage brokers and estate agents nationwide with a focus on purchase, sale, remortgage, transfer of equity, let-to-buy, equity release, and Limited Company buy-to-let.

The panel review of solicitors wishing to join My Legal Club was led by solicitor and CEO Sean Rogers, who said of the new appointment: “We are delighted Brearleys Solicitors have joined our service. Brearleys Solicitors have been established since 1833, and although they are a general practice firm, the largest department of the Firm is the Residential Conveyancing Department.

Brearleys is situated across 6 sites in West Yorkshire and has national coverage due to the advanced working methods that are employed at the Firm. The Firm has partnered with various well-known industry leaders to produce very detailed Title Reports for Clients with potential issues being addressed apprehensively in such Reports given the importance of this key stage of every conveyancing purchase process. Confidential information can be exchanged quickly and securely via an electronic portal between the Firm and the Client.

The case will be dealt with from first contact to completion by the same Conveyancing Expert so the Client and the broker/agent will have a name as a point of reference as well as Assistant details for when the Fee Earner concerned is not available.

Brearleys is proud to be one of the first Firms to obtain the Conveyancing Quality Scheme, as a result, the Firm now appears on all the major Lender Panels and has grown in such a careful and controlled manner to a size that is able to deal with a substantial volume of work and still handle the work in a very client focused way with a particular emphasis on Client experience and service.
