The NSPCC

We have created a culture that encourages diversity and equal opportunities for everyone. We actively encourage professional and professional development through our training and development programme.

Commercial Partners

We seek out the most effective commercial partners to benefit our company, employees and members. Every company is subject to our internal auditing methods and checked against important criteria like financial stability and customer service reputation.

Community (volunteering and fundraising)

We promote employee volunteering, skills matching and fundraising. 

We encourage employees to recommend causes we should support. Our employees are entitled to additional paid leave to support and work alongside our approved causes and charities. 

We actively support local businesses and the communities in which we operate.
