Will it cost me anything?
If you are a non member looking for legal advice then My Legal Club do not take any money from you. When you speak with the Solicitor they will then explain what they can or cant do to help and their fees.
It is more beneficial to be a member of My Legal Club as not only do you gain the benefit of legal expense protection for you and your family but you also receive a large discount from the solicitors in the event that you require a solicitor or legal representation via My Legal Club.
If you are a Company subscribing to any of our services then there will be a monthly fee.
Can I speak with a solicitor even if I am not a member?
Does My Legal Club only deal with accident/injury cases
No. The answer is no. We will help you find a solicitor no matter what the nature of your enquiry, assuming of course that a solicitor is the correct person to help you with your query.
Our Legal Expense Protection relates to any civil matter such as a personal injury claim, motor accident, or employment claim.
It does not matter what area of law your query may relate to we will ensure that you are provided with access to the right solicitor for you.
Using My Legal Club as an individual non member to access a solicitor for legal advice will not cost a penny.
If you instruct a solicitor and/or they agree to act for you they will explain their own charges and fees and allow you to agree and consider the same.
Is my data secure? Will anyone (such as my employer) know that I have contacted you?
My Legal Club handle your data and your enquiry with extreme sensitivity. All the panel member law firms are required to ensure confidentiality and respect your privacy. Further information is located on our site regarding privacy and your data.
Your enquiry will be forwarded to the appropriate solicitor with the request to contact you via your preferred method of contact at your preferred date and time.
The only data held as part of your participation in our rewards program will be your email address, name, and bank details in order to receive your cashback. You can elect to unsubscribe to the emails if you wish. This data is held securely and never shared with any third parties.
How do I pass on any feedback or raise a complaint?

If the Complaint is in respect of legal services after receiving the correspondence we will:
- Send you an email acknowledging your complaint and asking you to confirm or explain any additional details that may be needed. You can expect to receive our correspondence within 7 days of us receiving your complaint.
- We will then, within 14 days of your complaint being received, send you a detailed written reply including our suggestions which we hope will resolve your complaint. The letter will contain all options available to you whether you are satisfied or unsatisfied with the handling of the Complaint.
- If we have to change any of the timescales above, we will let you know and explain why.
If the Complaint is in respect of the rewards programme we will forward your email to our commercial partner who operates the rewards scheme and they will handle your complaint in accordance with the terms and conditions you agreed to when you first use their site. It is then for them to liaise with you directly in respect of your complaint or query.
